Iowa Cop Shoots at Dog, but Misses, Killing Woman Instead
"On the morning of Tuesday, Jan. 6, a domestic disturbance call took a deadly turn when a police officer fired at a family dog and missed. According to The Hawk Eye, Autumn Steele was fatally shot by a Burlington Police officer in front of her husband, Gabriel Steele, and their four-year-old son."
What did she do, growl at him?
"Embarrassed": N.H. police search for semi-automatic rifle lost by cop.
"The officer did not secure his rifle in the trunk of the cruiser prior to driving out of the police station parking lot," police said in a statement. "The officer was dispatched to several calls after leaving the parking lot and believes the bag containing the rifle fell off of the trunk as he left the parking lot."

This cops-shooting-dogs thing is a recurring theme. I've never met a dog I couldn't control, including a Rottweiler that was doing an excellent job of acting like it was readily, willing and able to kill me. It isn't complicated. You don't have to use force or even act like you're going to use force.

As a young boy with a paper route in a town where all the dogs ran loose, I did acquire extensive experience in that department. The Rotty incident was recent, and without a single hostile movement on my part, he eventually leaped away with a yelp. Haven't seen him since.

Aren't cops trained in this? It warrants further study. -- Lyle

That rifle case sure looks a lot like the one I just found. Nice rifle inside it too (and the price was right). Might have to go and shoot out some street lights to see how accurate my new toy is. Thanks a lot officer Stupid.

This s Exactly why I believe, the sudden demonstration's by supposed "Black Communists" Groups, in establishments protesting Police brutality, is a Government sponsored "False Flag", meant to elicit sympathy for the Police and at the same time, distract from incidents of Police Misconduct, such as you document in this post!

I loved the way they used the threatening legal language and then said that they accept it back without consequences!!! Stupid Dumbasses is a term that doesn't begin to cover this gaggle of Mayberry Barneys.

If we can't prosecute Fast and Furious, maybe we can punish Slow and Stupid.

Maybe the finder will use it to shoot the Chief's dog!!!

Yeah right, "the rifle fell off the truck". That's the term we used to use in Brooklyn when selling stolen merchandise - "fell off the truck"...

Must be contagious. The chief of police in an Atlanta suburb shot his wife accidentally early New Years morning.
